DMPQ- Indian constitution is a living document. Comment

Indian  constitution is a sacred document but not a static one. It allows changes if the demand is made by the society. Indian constitution is not envisaged to be rigid it was made flexible enough to be accommodative of the dynamic aspiration of society.

More than 100 amendments in the constitution hitherto is a proof of its organic nature. Amendments in the constitution can be achieved  as per provisions of article 368. There are 2 ways through which constitution can be amended. Some provision can be amended

The constitution being a living document has helped to made democracy stronger.
