Samarth inks MoU with Wellmark Hospital for elderly in Bokaro
To create a conducive Environment for elderly and for better Health, involvement in various activities besides to ensure mental peace a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been exchanged between Wellmark Hospital Bokaro and Samarth Community Forum for the elderly in Bokaro. Samarth Multi Activity Centre for Elderly (MACE) in Bokaro provides a comfortable and enriching environment to offer support to its members for Health, Wellness, Learning and Engagement. Wellmark Hospital Bokaro which is a fully NABH accredited hospitals in District is now considered the hub of healthcare exchanged MoU with Samarth at Wellmark Hospital Bokaro in order to boost the health care system of elderly people.
The MoU was exchanged at the Wellmark Hospital Bokaro between Suresh Kumar, (MD) Wellmark Hospital and Asheesh Gupta, Director Samarth in the virtual presence of Chairman Wellmark Hospital and Renowned Cardiologist Dr Satish from Canada who is in his abroad tour as part of his scheduled personal visit. Also during this MoU Exchange event Rajeev Dubey from Samarth, Rajender Singh from KIMS, Rajeev from Mission Hospital, Ashok Singh, A K Sinha, B Jaiswal , S Mohan etc were present . Notably Dr Satish from Canada reiterated that this MoU will definitely boost the health care system of elderly people in Bokaro which is crucial.
The activities include periodic medical and wellness consultation to elderly through visiting doctors, geriatric specialists, naturopaths, physiotherapists, and counsellors; reading, audio-visual facilities, talks and discussions by experts from various walks of life; The sessions in use of day-to-day technology, matters, legal advice and various hobbies for elderly to keep learning and stay agile; mental and physical engagement including celebrations and games. To make the efforts of Samarth more fruitful and taking step ahead by joining hand Wellmark Hospital Bokaro which is fully NABH accredited hospitals in District is now considered the hub of healthcare is going to sign MoU with Samarth on Sunday at Wellmark Hospital Bokaro in order to boost the health care system of elderly people . Dr Satish Chairman of Wellmark Hospital while elaborating said Wellmark and Samarth will ensure together that the elderly are benefitted with this collaboration in terms of best health care facilities as Wellmark always wanted quality healthcare for all as per global standards. Notably MoU signing ceremony to be organised at Wellmark Hospital Naya More Bokaro in the presence of all the dignitaries of Bokaro.

The Sapta Shakti Command of the Indian Army recently conducted the highly anticipated exerciseSudarshan Shakti 2023along the western borders in Rajasthan and Punjab. The exercise aimed to transform the forces into a modern, lean, and agile fighting combination capable of leveraging new-age technologies. With a focus on operational planning in a network-centric environment, this exercise validated the Indian Armys combat power, combat support, and logistic support capabilities.
Modernizing the Forces for Future Challenges The primary objective of Sudarshan Shakti Exercise 2023 was to initiate the transformation of the Indian Army by embracing new technologies and adopting innovative strategies. The exercise sought to enhance the forces capabilities to effectively counter emerging threats and perform at a high tempo during operations. By integrating force multipliers, special forces, and Niche technologies such as drones, tethered drones, and loiter ammunition, the exercise aimed to create a synergistic application of combat power.
CBSEhas listed 33 subjects, including AI, to promote skill education among students.
These subjects also include topics like augmented reality, Kashmiri embroidery, and application of satellites, humanity, and Covid-19.
The schools coding modules will span 12-15 hours, with a 70/30 ratio of hands-on activities to theory. Microsoft will compose the coding syllabus to ensure top-quality Education in AI and coding for pupils.
Educating younger individuals in coding and AI through the boards resolution will foster creativity, develop problem-solving abilities, and prepare them for future careers.
Under theNEP 2020, AI and other subjects such as coding, financial literacy, and data science will be introduced in early education.
Additionally, Class 6 students will be taught about proper medicine storage, while Class 8 students will learn about data science.
EU’s carbon tax to help exporters achieve ne zero much ahead of 2070

The European Union intends to bring down carbon emissions in a phased manner in order to become a net-zero emitter of greenhouse gases by 2050, ahead of 2070 when India intends to be net zero.
The Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) or Carbon Border Tax is set to be implemented from October 1, 2023. In the first phase, the EU will monitor the emission levels of goods entering the market from different source countries and by 2026 the tax will be levied on goods.
